Our Pastors
We are privileged to have the husband and wife team of Dr. Jeff L. Wilson and Rev. Robin Crews Wilson as pastors of Aldersgate United Methodist Church.
A native of Kentucky, Jeff is a graduate of Centre College in Kentucky, where he received a BA in Religion. He graduated with a Masters of Divinity from Duke Divinity School and a Doctor of Ministry in Christian Spirituality from Columbia Theological Seminary. Jeff is an ordained Elder in the Alabama-West Florida Conference of the United Methodist Church. In addition to his duties at Aldersgate, he serves as Chair of the Montgomery – Opelika District Committee on Ordained Ministry and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Nellie Burge Community Center.
Robin was born and reared in Prattville, Alabama, and graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BS in Communication Studies. She also received her Masters of Divinity from Duke Divinity School and is working on her Doctor of Ministry in Christian Spirituality from Columbia Theological Seminary. An ordained Elder in the Alabama-West Florida Conference of the United Methodist Church, Robin serves as Chair of the Division of Elders for the conference Board of Ministry. Here in Montgomery, Robin serves on the board of directors for the Samaritan Counseling Center and the Gift of Life Foundation.
Jeff and Robin have three children, ages 5, 3, and 1.
