WCM Spring Registration

Families are encouraged to tour the facility, meet teachers, review classroom schedules, and become familiar with our policies and fees before enrolling your child.  Please call to set up a tour.

Enrollment for Fall 2011 for current WCM students and Aldersgate UMC members will begin March 7, 2011 at 7:30 A.M.  Open registration for new students will begin March 14, 2011 at 7:30 A.M.  All slots are filled on a first come first serve basis.  Children are assigned to classes based on age by September 1, 2011.  No Pre-Admission forms will be taken before 7:30 A.M. on Monday, March 7th.  Current students have one week to register before open registration begins.

To Register:

Bring the Pre-Admission form found below and the registration fee to the WCM office.  Do not leave your form and/or fee with your child's teacher.  Slots are filled on a first come first serve basis!!

Priority will be given to the following:

• Children who have siblings currently enrolled
• Children of employees
• Members of Aldersgate UMC

Registration Fees are as follows:

August 2011 - August 2012
Infant - 4K    $100
Kindergarten   $150

Summer 2011
School Age and Summer Only Students $75
